Chemical constituents: The Ginger EO has Borneol, β-Bisabolene, Camphene, 1,8-Cineole, Geraniol, Geranial, Geranyl Acetate,Linalool, Nerol, Neral, α& β -Pinenes, ϒ-Terpineol and Zingiberene as its chief components.

Extraction method: The roots of Zingiber officinale are put through steam-distillation for the extraction of Ginger EO.
